Before you write
Two minutes of detail saves a round trip. When you can, include:
- Who you are. Give your institution name and the email you sign in with.
- Where it happened. Tell us the screen you were on and what you clicked or expected.
- When it happened. Give the date and rough time, with your time zone.
- What you saw. Describe the exact message or behavior, and whether it repeats.
Never include customer PII, account numbers, or examination material in a support email. If a screenshot would help, crop it to the relevant part of the screen.
Response expectations
We answer every note ourselves, usually within a week. There is no tiered queue and no ticket portal. Your reply comes from a person who can actually fix the problem.
For paid subscriptions, our availability commitment is a 99.5% monthly uptime percentage, with service credits when we miss it. The full schedule, exclusions, and claim process are published in our terms. Send credit claims to support@zovos.ai within 30 days of the end of the affected month.
Security issues
Security reports skip the normal queue. Write to security@zovos.ai. For critical issues, our published commitment is a 24-hour patch and 72-hour customer notice. The full disclosure policy, our live posture, and the documents you can request are on the security page.
Self-serve
Most "how do I…" questions are covered in the documentation. A good place to start is Getting started or the FAQ. Customer-visible changes land in What's new monthly.
