An AML/CFT program you can evidence, pillar by pillar.

Run the BSA/AML risk assessment, OFAC coverage, oversight metrics from your monitoring stack, and the board report from one program view that is ready for the exam.

The shape of the problem · 01

What this actually feels like.

  • 01The BSA/AML risk assessment is refreshed once a year, whether or not the products and customers changed.
  • 02Board metrics are retyped from the monitoring system into slides every quarter.
  • 03The examiner asks what evidences the independent testing pillar, and the answer is a hunt through shared drives.
  • 04OFAC and training deadlines live in someone’s memory instead of on a calendar.
How Zovos handles it · 02

Five steps, one graph.

Every step writes back to the same controls, policies, and issues your team already owns. There is no second source of truth.

  1. 01
    Organize
The program view follows the five pillars of 31 CFR 1020.210(b). The AML/CFT officer designates which records evidence each pillar, and a pillar with nothing designated says so.
  2. 02
    Assess
Run the BSA/AML risk assessment from the shipped BSA/AML and OFAC content packs. Material-change detection flags when products, customers, or geographies shift enough to warrant a refresh.
  3. 03
    Measure
Oversight metrics such as alert and case volumes come in through five BSA/AML oversight connectors, including Verafin, NICE Actimize, Abrigo, and Unit21. Alerts, SARs, and CTRs stay in your AML system of record.
  4. 04
    Schedule
Board approval of the program, independent testing, and the OFAC blocked-property report are seeded onto the obligations calendar. Training oversight tracks completion against each program’s audience.
  5. 05
    Report
Generate the AML/CFT board report from the same evidence and metrics. Every figure resolves back to the records that produced it.
What changes · 03

What the product does instead.

Pillar evidence
Each pillar shows the records the officer designated, or reads Not designated.
Risk assessment
Material-change detection prompts a refresh when the risk profile moves.
Board metrics
Board figures trace back to the monitoring tools that produced them.
Scope
Zovos keeps the oversight record. It is not a transaction-monitoring or SAR-filing system.
